Recfishwest is proud to announce the completion of “Scale to Tail” a sustainable cookbook specifically created for Western Australian seafood.

Marine scientist Jordan Goetze and fine dining chef Paul “Yoda” Iskov of Fervor have teamed up to create some amazing recipes, that are not only delicious but can help you play a role in supporting healthy fisheries.

The book is also features some stunning photography from photographer Mick Sippe and some crowd sourced recipes from our very own rec fishers.

This e-book was funded by the Recfishwest Community Grant and is freely available for you to utilise, so download and share it with your fishing friends or budding chefs.
