Terms & Conditions – Recfishwest Christmas Giveaway
- This competition is being run by Recfishwest
- The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of Recfishwest and their immediate relatives.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her/their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Closing date for entry will be noon on Friday, 15 December. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
- The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: To enter, you must either become a standard or premium member of Recfishwest before noon on Friday, 15 December or be an existing member.
- Recfishwest is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- The prizes are as follows:
Prize One: Squid fishing pack valued at more than $300 from Anglers Fishing World in Fremantle. Includes Shimano Sienna Squid Combo, 6x Yamashita squid jigs, Black Magic squid box, Squid Ezy cleaning tool.
Prize Two: $250 prize pack from Assassin Tackle. Includes 10ft Slayer fishing rod, 4x CiD lures, Mastergrip leather rod bucket, 20L Vexed cooler box.
Prize Three: More than $400 of prizes from Richter Lures. Includes $250 of Richter lures including Sickbaits, $200 Madfish fish cooler bag.
Prize Four: $300 voucher from Emmission Apparel. Recipient will also go in the running for their $5,000 giveaway draw.
Prize Five: $300 voucher to spend at TackleWest.
Prize Six: $250 voucher to spend at Compleat Angler, Nedlands.
Prize Seven: $250 voucher to spend at Tackle World Miami.
- The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Redeem by dates may be stipulated by the various individual prize-givers/businesses.
- The winners will be drawn at random from the existing Recfishwest membership database after the close of the competition at noon on Friday, 15 December.
- Recfishwest will contact the winners as soon as possible after the draw has taken place using the contact details provided on joining as a member or as an existing member.
- The winner’s name will be published on the Recfishwest Facebook and Instagram pages following each of the seven prize draws. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her/their name and image, and images of others partaking in the prize in any publicity material posted by Recfishwest.
- Recfishwest’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final.
