Nomination of Director – Recfishwest Annual General Meeting 2016
The Recfishwest Board of Management comprises eight Directors.
• Five (5) Directors elected from the Membership
• Three (3) Directors appointed by the Recfishwest Board based on expertise
At the 2016 AGM vacancies will exist for two (2) Directors elected from the membership to hold office for a term of 2 years. Directors whose terms expire are eligible to seek re-election.
Only financial members are eligible to stand as Directors. A Member intending to nominate for the above positions shall give notice to the CEO of Recfishwest in writing on the Nomination form – Director Elected.
Nomination Forms must reach the Recfishwest office not later than midnight on Wednesday, 20 October 2016.
Nomination Forms must be submitted to the Chief Executive Officer, Recfishwest, PO Box 34, North Beach 6920 or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org and marked ‘APPLICATION FOR THE POSITION OF DIRECTOR”.
A confirmation of receipt will be returned.
